We are the oldest certified organic coffee farm in the United States.

Hawaiian grade coffee is coffee that was too small or not quite the exact grading to be called Kona coffee. Part of the demand for Kona coffee is due to the region's strict grading system. While Hawaiian beans are not "enough" in quality and size make the Kona cut, they are easily going to be some of the largest and most flavorful beans in the world, especially when they are grown in Kona soil! 

This is a great price for any coffee but especially coffee grown in the U.S! And you'll be able to taste the difference. These coffee beans were harvested just months ago and are still green with freshness and aroma. This will taste unlike most of the coffees you are used to trying, since the green beans are only months old, and haven't been shipped around the world to roasteries -- we roast our beans where we grow them!

We roast our coffee twice a week to order so your coffee is never older than a few days when it arrives.

This coffee is freshly roasted in small batches, on our vintage Sivetz roaster. The average age of the batch is 0-7 days old at most! So, you get some really fresh coffee that is not comparable to store bought coffee.
